Twenty-seven calculators for what you did and what it predicts

Running first, because it is the sport with the most arithmetic in it: time, distance and pace where any two give the third; a race prediction by two formulas that disagree, because the spread between them is the honest answer; a pace band that adds up to the target whatever the strategy; five training paces from one recent race, each with what it is for; what a hill costs and a descent gives back; a swim as a time per hundred; and how far each pair of shoes has gone.

Then the bicycle β€” seven power zones from a threshold, every combination of chainring and sprocket with its development and its speed, and a frame size in the unit the frame is actually sold in. Then the gym: a step goal built up week by week, a total scored by Wilks, DOTS and IPF points at once because they rank differently, what to put on each side of the bar found by an exact search, and a week of training built from six movement patterns.

Why is there no timer here?
Because a tool on this site is a function from one text to one result, and a rest timer, an interval timer, a scoreboard and a live match tracker are all *running interfaces*: a clock, a display, an undo stack. Four tools from the group are missing for that one reason, and this is where they are named rather than left for you to look for.
Which lifting formula is the right one?
None of them is, which is why all three are shown. Wilks, DOTS and IPF points were fitted separately and rank light and heavy lifters differently, so a tool that printed one of them would be picking a winner. All three refuse outside forty to two hundred kilograms, where the polynomials turn back on themselves and a very light lifter comes out the strongest person alive.
Why does the round-robin scheduler bother about home and away?
Because the circle method every hand-rolled scheduler uses gives one entrant the same side every single week, and taking the side from the round plus the seat β€” which looks like the fix β€” does not fix it: an entrant advances one seat a round, so the parity never changes. There is a test named after the claim.
Is anything I type uploaded?
No. The tools are compiled to WebAssembly and run inside the browser tab. Nothing you type is sent to a server, and you can watch your browser's network panel while you use one to see that nothing leaves the page.
